Watson's Painting & Waterproofing Company's Floor Painting / Coating Process
The first step of the epoxy installation is shot blasting and diamond grinding the concrete to a virgin porous surface with a profile of CSP3 (light shot blast) or CSP4 (light scarification), allowing the epoxy or urethane to penetrate and grab hold. During this process, we utilize state of the art 480V 3p 1000 to 1500 pound grinders that allow the fastest floor prep.
